Makes perfect sense Allen. Funny how most of us have taken the voting process for granted. I didn't give it much thought until stories like the ones I have heard over the last 10-12 yrs surfaced. Having always followed the rules, and never dreaming of cheating, I am stunned and appalled that others would attempt to influence whole elections. How naive of me.
