Many doubts exist about which certificates they are discussing. I have given up on the issue. It will be resolved one way or the other. I believe most doubts have surfaced simply because Obama himself hasn't made a statement regarding the issue. It may be because he wants others to concentrate their efforts on a red herring rather than other issues that might pay off. US Stock futures are "limit down" now and we are looking at a real market crisis now around the world. My greater concern now is what the hell Biden was talking about when he said people won't like or understand their reaction of a testing of Obama. That to me indicates some type of planning that is distasteful.
