Good point. With 10% in Total International, 10% in foreign large-cap value and 20% in international small-cap growth stocks, exactly half the equity portfolio is invested outside the US. Even I hadn't noticed it until now!

It has become obvious to me that the major markets around the world are moving together more than ever. This is especially true for Europe which is a big part of the portfolio if you add Europe fund to European part of Int'l growth, and I wouldn't expect much in Emerging markets either. If and when a bear market call it would be interesting to see Bob's call on the foreign portion.
