I admit that I was just following patron into this New Gold thing.

But I was looking up things on SEDAR and I see that Seymour Schulich now owns 25,000,000 shares or 12% of the company. He is one of the most astute investors in Canada. I have followed him into a couple of things and made a lot of money. I consider this a strong recommendation.

NGD has about $1.91 per share in current assets.

The "quick ratio" (current assets divided by current liabilities) is 5. That's huge.

It looks to be an extremely well-capitalized company.

Yes. They lost 5 cents last quarter. That's not bad for a rapidly-developing miner, as far as I know.

Thanks for your questions, which were certainly warranted.

As I said about COS.UN the other day, either this is a good buy or I am insane. Either conclusion is equally possible.
