Respectfully, I disagree. It's not necessarily A or B. There are other scenarios just as likely as the ones you propose. As has already been suggested this evening, we may be seeing the result of frantic trading by people who are simply scared. Some have just been through the roller coaster ride of their lives, and they are confused.

I find evidence to suggest that the sentiment is quite positive among more savey investors. For example, check the options trading today. Virtually all the buying was on the upside; trading of puts was almost non-existent. This also causes me to wonder who's driving the trading of stocks right now, and whether it has any important relevance to upcoming news.

I'm not making any predictions. I guess that's my point. I think it is virtually impossible to "read" the price action for SPCT right now given all it's been through in the last few weeks.

That's my two cents (And hopefully, I will be worth more than that come October 23!) We'll see.
