Mish, I've learned not to go against you, but I find the action in the 10 year fascinating today.

If you look at the capital account figures, Foreigners have been liquidating bond and equity holdings and transferring dollar holdings into treasuries, possibly keeping yields artificially low.

What happens when treasuries are liquidated?

With oil at $60 and manufacturing in severe contraction, how will Tokyo, Beijing and Dubai finance us?
