I can imagine, and it is not good.

Government is completely out of control and growing much too large. They do not serve the people, but every single one of them thinks they do.

It is pathetic what we Americans have allowed to happen.

It practically does now. By the way have you noticed that the private part i.e. the creation of new drugs and new technolgy is the star of health car in America. The heavily regulated delivery of services where the government is deeply involved through regulation and medicare and medicaid is the failing part.
