Just checked WRI's earning release and comments. The economic atmosphere will present challenges, but they have a ton of leeway to deal with any problems and in, some cases, take advantage of bargain prices that tend to present themselves in times like these. Occupancy rates are fine. They actually managed to pull off their stock sale at 34.50 a share (though I imagine the backstoppers weren't real happy about it). I do not know when the price will recover....irrational fear can take a long time to subside or change in a blink... but it will recover. Right now it offers over a 10% yield. Hell of a buy...but there are a ton of great values out there right now.For those willing to be a little patient anyway. Wish I had more cash handy to take advantage of them myself.
