Yeah he was always somewhere between fiercely dogmatic and breathing fire about stuff he felt strongly about. And as you can see, his tolerance for other POVs is zippo. Some people still don't realize to what extent electing McCain means four more years of Cheney-style neocon foreign policy. Advisers like Randy are hardcore, and to think or write otherwise is total BS, to quote the man himself. ;<) I wonder if the tone of his E-mail meant that he got caught being quoted without clearance in the past, LOL.
