Firstly - how do you stop anyone from filing any kind of civil suit that they might want to against you?????????? (This ain't exactly Stalin's Soviet Union.) Secondly... why leap to an assumption, (when there hasn't even been the first discovery conference held yet...) that, (perhaps because you seem to not approve of whatever legal strategy the defense might have... though God knows there hasn't been much opportunity or need yet for them to reveal any defense strategies :-), that you can read the 'tea leaves' so-to-speak, by way of what little you have seen thus far, and conclude that there 'must be something to it'?????? I mean... that sounds a heck of a lot more like feverish personal DESIRE than hard and cold logic... based on the next to nothing we've seen yet, and ZERO from the Court.
