Bush went down many bad roads

I imagine we would disagree about a lot of what you see as bad roads.

OTOH there are areas I see as "bad roads" that he took, like increasing spending too much. Sure a lot of it is because of entitlements that aren't very much under his control, but 1 - A lot of spending was for non-entitlements, and 2 - Even with the entitlements, he technically "went down that road" even if he didn't really have control of the car, passengers still go down roads.
