Partytime - there remains no commercial technology for CO2 capture and sequestration from utility flue stacks. Now - if you think demonstration projects in Europe mean the technology exists - well what can I say? The coming cap and trade legislation will be a disaster. Let me see - we bemoan the loss of manufacturing jobs in the mid west. So - we are going to raise the price of energy. Then we are going to automate unionization via card check. We are going to raise taxes on successful small businesses. The net result will be what for mid west manufacturing - c'mon tell me! Cannot everyone see the idiocy that is coming? So far the most common justification I hear from my friends for voting for Obama is that he is smart - meaning he is too smart to do the stupid things he is promising. I read that to mean they are not worried about Obama because they are counting on him being liar.
