They are now getting TARPed... May have to postpone that a little. Folks at TF are split whether they sit on their new funds or mainline the worst of the worst consumerists with more junk credit. Definitely worth a close watch, cuz if it is the latter it will be their swan song with a perfect short entry.

My consumer research is mostly non-technical. I just walk around stores, be they grocery, Best Buy types, WallyWorld, etc. At the grocery stores I notice a big jump in coupon use, verified by talking with cashiers and store managers. Shoplifting epidemic at all stores. Peter Lynch called this doing market research by walking around. It has worked for me... And most people are scared shitless, worried about their jobs, health care cost and availability, the high cost of everything, the shrink in their retirement funds, etc ad nauseam... The govt and big biz has got the populace just where they want them, powerless, scared and dependent. Of interest> Message 24796028
