Hi, Finally, the shareholders stand up. McNeally and Schwartz making millions while sales, profits and market share crumble. Now that we have had a change in U.S. political leadership I think there needs to be a change in the way exec's are compensated. I do not think that SUNW's upper management loses any sleep at night knowing that the company they manage is going down the tubes. They continue to make millions of dollars a year. Small business owners do not have this luxury and I see no reason why top executives of publicly traded companies should either.
