Would agree if no drastic changes will be pushed on the US by the rest of the world in changing the concept of the Bretton Woods agreements.

Did you hear their opinion about the meeting in China of EU and Asian leaders? It seems they want to topple the US as the leader in the financial world.

If the new "axis of evil" will note repent and disgorge the ill gotten compensations of the last several years I am all for it

Wait until the round of meetings to create the new economic world order ends.
See the steps so far and time scale:
Late 80's (Thatcher years)=> collpase of the consensus of G-7,=> followed by every man for himself prompted creation of Euro.
All that happened after managed exchange rates of the 80 (plaza Accord, Louvre accord) had been worn out.

During 90's. Bubbles to create artifical booms=>the second round of fleecing after post-Asian Meltdown.=>Accountancy window dressing goes mainstream

Exhausted bubbling effect.

G-7 goes G-8. Today G-20 queing outside the room to seat at the table. Minnows shivering. Iceland was used to send a message what is in store to minnows.
