Dan wrote Law Review. He chose not to be an editor when asked because of the time involved, and because he had also been asked to Captain the International Moot Court Team and preferred that. I remember how hard he worked for these honors, how long it took just to write one article, and how tough the competition is to be top of the heap in law school. What Obama achieved was remarkable. Trying to question it or diminish it is desperate and silly. It only diminishes the questioner. Should we demand to see McCain and Palin's theses? NEither has revealed their transcripts, yet people go on and on about Obama's Columbia undergrad record. His magna cum laude says it all about law school. What did McCain and Palin get in grad school? Oh wait, they didn't go. This whole topic irritates me, can you tell?
