I presume it was from Oct 3, given the file name 081003.pdf But I don't think the support of Powell will sway many of the voters. Powell has lost much of his credibility as an inspirational leader. He may alter the opinions of a few, but I don't think it will result in much of a change. Servicemen have the butts on the line every day when they are deployed and they definitely perceive McCain as one of their own who will look out for their interests. Hawk
