"Trying to question it or diminish it is desperate and silly." I think what it actually is, is ignorant. People who hate the educational system, and academics- what are they going to know about the arcane world of law reviews? It makes it so easy to imagine all sorts of possibilities, when you know little to nothing about your subject. Obviously some on the right are desperate, and getting a little odd- the stuff about Obama's birth certificate and parentage strikes me as mental, but the law review stuff is just ignorance. Not that there's anything wrong with ignorance, of course.... :-)
