Obviously this guy doesn't understand the simple fact that the vast majority of times you use your card NO ONE ASKS TO SEE ID to verify your address either...big surprise. How many people have their photo on their card? Big surprise. The holder of the credit card has, I think it is, 6 months to dispute any transaction. OTOH, obviously this idiot is committing fraud on the Obama campaign and should be charged with fraud...or else he has just made a bunch of campaign contributions to Obama. :)
