Actually I do not care who blames who as long as it keeps the two far, far away from the WH..

I don't think he could have campaigned on getting US out of the economic mess as he was part of it and he, himself said, he "didn't know much about economics"..

He was trapped on everything and he knew it so they turned to personal attacks..

I think the republicans lost their ability to win when they messed up so badly on the fiscal side and the economy, by spending us to hell. Had mcCain made THAT the cornerstone of his campaign - explaining how he was going to get the country out of the fiscal mess it would have been much more of a horserace

I also think the people/media have underestimated how strong Obama is. The McCain campaign has screwed up but I think a big part of that is due to the Obama's campaign keeping McCain's feet to the fire.
