Well, that would be the extremist fringe which I guess these days is most of the GOP and no longer fringe. Notwithstanding them, the GOP tends to favor the electoral system and the Dems are inclined to junk it. Sure. You'd junk the entire Constitution if you could get away with it. That's why Obama is so attractive to you; he fully intends to junk the Constitution if he can. Fortunately, the Constitution is one thing that is harder to do away with than the presidency.
