I suspect the markets are already reacting to the next administration. Chances are people are going to lose money on stocks going forward but if for some reason you make a capital gain they want to tax it at double the current rate. Why bother?

Put yourself in his shoes or any minority that's dealt with the worst kinds of oppression for generations. After capturing the office of POTUS and being under a global microscope, expect standards never before seen in American politics. He'll be out to prove something. That America was wrong. He's black and he's reached the highest heights attainable in politics with the country that once treated black people as worthless animals. The party and the politico will take a back seat to making things more equal for all. Not just black people, but all people. Putting in a black guy who is not wholly part of the status quo is about the most change we've seen since they changed the voting age.
