foreclosed homes in Vegas are selling like hotcakes. The moment they coke online, there are multiple bids for them.

I didn't realise the housing market was so bad the vendors have to throw in coke now... is that even legal?

same here in the SF bay area (bad areas, which are the only places where the foreclosures are). The ones that come on the market have multiple offers. They are priced well, the REOs are usually 200K below last price in 05- typically 500K now down from 699 or something. Market is on fire.
