All that I can tell you is that in my conversation with him this morning, Morgan assured me that the shares belong to RMIL.

Kind of amazing (but not really) that no one has responded to your posting the press release from MVPH, dated today. Post #7120.

As part of the merger agreement, mtnres, MVPH's stock is being given to RMIL. They will, in effect own it. The stock has to be worth at least 3 million tho for Morgan to take it, and if it isn't, MVPH has to guarantee the difference to RMIL.

This is just my understanding. I'm probably wrong.
