Exactly. Look around at some of the board members on American companies, you have to believe it's a social click instead of based upon performance and qualifications. They seem to move around collection huge wads of money without any accountability. The board members seem to be in alliance with the execs instead of their oversight. Whatever you think about Carl Icahn, I like to listen him, he has a few things to say about this social club running American companies into the ground while breaking the bank.
