Dunno about healthcare, there will likely be more units (of whatever) consumed, but prices will get crimped. Not necessarily like the Medicare drug bill in other words.

Companies that would benefit from a cap and trade system. Those that earn credits through low carbon power generation. So Utilities heavy on hydro, solar, wind. Or companies that make the infrastructure for those. Geothermal and Solar is where I'm focusing, but I'm waiting.
