I don't think it is that type of rescue. And I use the word rescue loosely. The view from over there and international is that we are an occupying force.

If pay back is what we want now, the mission needs to change to pillage. I don't think Iraq is going to give us anything.

Anyway, back to finances. The bailout seems to be used as an excuse to divert attention from the amount of money spent on Iraq.
