I think Obama has the intelligence to appoint smart people into positions of government. This is something Bush never did; and something I don't think, as evidenced by his VP pick, McCain is capable of doing.

In my opinion, just on this fact alone it's worth an Obama vote!

Obama is not at all a "bad choice". He's fantastic. He's a true pragmatist, uniter and motivator. Never once has be made a personal attack on McCain. Never once has he done what the GOP does, making up smears and attacking the man's wife. Never once has Obama ever stooped to lower his dignity. Turn off the Limbaugh and look at the truth for a change.

Obama came from nothing and made his way up by his bootstraps. What an admirable man. McCain inherited power and privilege and married a super rich woman to finance him. Just like you criticized Kerry for. Wake up. If you want true character, wisdom, smarts and honesty, oinly one wayto go, Obama.

And no he's lot a leftwing radical. He'll have people like Biden, Volcker, Powell, Rubin and Dascle advising him. They are all strong solid wise men. He may also appoint some top Repuiblicans. Bill Weld might be an example.
