Mark Levin is a vile human being and a junk yard dog who does not have one iota of sense, objectiviy or compassion. As we know, the Republican party is full of those types of guys and the first thing the Republican party will need to do is get rid of those ghouls.

But I do not htink they will. so what is our choice except to leave power in the hands of the dems until they do.

When you think Mark Levine writing that column, think Karl Rove, Tom Delay, Cheney or even Joe Macarthy.

Levin, is as bad as any of the Republican's.

And once again, how does the republican party change to a new intelligent and compassionate party when the very fiber of the Republcian party is controlled by the Mark Levin's.

Look hard at the Republicans and you will see ghouls everywhere. They control the Republican party to this day.

So which is better, a Republican party full of Delays, cheney's, Levins, etc or an extra strong democratic party?

If the American public goes back to the Republican party without a major change in its supporters and policies, what have we gained? We would just go back to bush/cheney!

This is the fundamental problem facing our nation.

PS: part of this two party system we have, which includes the present Republcian party, as it is, is a problem which has never been scrutinized by modern thinking and only comes to ligtht now.

Sort of like we clearly now know the difference between conservatives and liberals.

It is indeed bizarre - they have their own 'reality', which just does not allow of a rational explanation for Obama getting the support of sensible people.
And yes, they have been running the government of your country - but I think their time is over.

In a similar vein:

"...Anyway McCarthy was back in the early 50s I think and as I understand it he feared communists within the Government and elsewhere. I think he wanted to protect what America had..freedom and democracy. I think he may have got a bit carried away but to want to protect what you have is a good thing..depending on what it is you have... so to want to protect free America I think is an admiral thing to do..."

May have got a bit carried away...
