I didn't sell at the top Jim. I sold near the top, rubbing my hands together in evil glee, knowing my house was nowhere near worth what I was selling it for. That fact that I'd pay no taxes was just gravy.

It works the other way too. If you have money, and you see an asset you KNOW is WAY underpriced, you should buy it. It's like, a no-brainer.

I think a lot of money is passed by due to over-thinking.
