So the answer to your question is, it's an issue of health care systems.

You could apply indefinitely more money to health care but neither infant mortality nor life expectancy would change much, and most of that extra money applied would go into the pockets of the evil capitalist pigs.

And an easy demonstration that something is horribly wrong with ours.

Who is behind that source? You do realize that wiki is open tp modification to anyone who can spell.

Life expectancy in France can't be statistically distinguished from any other advanced nation.

Sounds like something you just made up. If it's not, lets see the proof.

You like wiki. Look it up. WHO has the list. The variance between the the entries under the "advanced" criterion aren't statistically significant. This means you can't use that list to implying anything.

In France, under socialism, most don't earn much take home pay and so can't afford to be self indulgent.

Just some amateurish speculation there.

No more amateurish than all your arguments, yet this tongue in cheek reply contains more accuracy than yours. Obesity is correlated to wealth, not to quality of health care.

And I thought you were just saying that infant mortality had to do with income - now you're saying the French are less obese because they can't afford food?

They can't afford as much rich food because socialism devastates their middle class more than in the US.
