They are trying to provoke an attack by Syria or Iran. I have no doubt of their intent.

You idiot. This is how you win wars. People and arms are coming in though that region and the United States has every obligation to discourage it. My only question is why they didn't do it years ago, and do it on the Iranian border as well.
