The staff at Orillia plant were being laid of gradually over a long period of time, and that should have already been reflected in their previous quarters. Secondly thay shipped all the equipment to Mexico, no write-off there. If there is any other small loss associated with the real estate etc., this will be easily compansated by the reduced production cost in Mexico. I believe and heard from another investor who talked to an officer of TSN recently, there will not be any negative impact from closing down Orillia. I wouldn't be surprised if they come with a positive surprise in the earnings i.e. more than 7 cents/share for the last quarter.
