They had to; the korean market was indicated 10% lower (at 109.28) and is slightly green at 125.57 after the steep cut. Australia is red once more. There was a yen rout where some overeager people sold, and they sold it cheaply. A momentum trade is not easy to turn and the MOF knows pretty well when to intervene and when not. The lack of motivated sellers shows that this could be - again a trap. But we will see in a few hours. If markets in asia don´t improve people will buy back the JPY. Let´s toss a coin,...
