Yet, somehow YOU can condemn it, based on strictly ideological grounds! Are you denying it will soon go bust? Medicare's admin costs are 3% while private insurance's costs are 8-15%. Private won't go bust. This overhead argument is so stupid it reminds me of the argument that GM has no debt on its operational balance sheet, or the claim made by most CPAs that the best document to use when assessing a company for investment is flow of funds. Further, I'm willing to bet that medicare's true admin cost runs above 15%, but that true cost is hidden, just as Franklin Rianes hid FNM costs. That's what government solutions do. They obfuscate costs. You'd think that the onus would be on the defenders of the staus quo to show why a change would be worse. When Raines went under Congressional scrutiny in 2005 Barney Frank and Maxine Waters dismissed his blatant wrongdoing. They did that because they were prejudiced towards government solutions. Now, the Bushies have made Medicare worse by having them pay retail for bulk buys on drugs, but I'm sure Obama will fix that early on. I keep losing whether you're defending or trashing medicare efficiency. Which is it? I get it. You were saying that it was efficient under Clinton but then went inefficient under Bush. Isn't that it? I'm turning you OFF pal. What's the matter? Don't like to be slapped around with your own bullshit? You make assertions with absolutely nothing to back them up. The 'crats have claimed that medicare will go bust by 2011. Are you stating that they're wrong? You're a waste of bandwidth. I do like to expose liars, deceivers, and weaklings, and I have done a good job doing just that with you.
