Luckily, soon we'll be able to see if any of that really matters. It seems "self evident" to the media that Obama is qualified to be president compared to Palin. We'll know soon enough.

In the mean time, I'm curious:

<<The question is whether enough Americans understand what's at stake in this election and, if they do, whether they care. Is the allure of a charismatic demagogue so strong that the usually sober American people are willing to risk an Obama presidency? >>

My question is: "Was this guy saying the same thing about Bush in the election before he spent trillions on that stupid war"?

If so... i'm impressed & interested in his opinion... if not, he's just another blithering wanna be.

If you could do some searches and find out that would be great.... thanks!!!

Mark Levin is a dispicable person, IMO.

We'd discussed the Levin article earlier.

Couldn't decide whether it was evidence of temporary insanity brought on by the sight of Obama winning, or whether he's permanently unhinged.

What do you think ?

This country is deep down in the doldrum's. September 11, was targeted to crippling the US economy and with it the economy of the world. And we are there now. The US prestige in the world is at its nadir. Bush and Cheney are in hiding when it is they who should be out front leading. And the flight of jobs overseas with Bush encouraging that has already evaporated the American dream for Americans.

Trickle down economic, the one touted in support of Bush tax cuts in the early 2000 has not worked towards fulfilling the American dream. Instead it has fulfilled the dreams of just the few American who have looted this nation and moved their wealth overseas.

So Mark R. Levin's post id the same old failed policies repackaged to hark on the American dream which the past policies of the 8 years has failed to realized.

CB, it is indeed a thought provoking post. And my thought is that in the current situation, the ideas espoused by Levin sound old fashioned
