spoke with a RE agent that has over 120 homes under management, she told me that last month she got over TWENTY move outs (sudden and before the specified end of the the lease) due to people losing their jobs (majority were moving in with relatives)....thank god for the mc mansions! <gg>

My new neighbor may be a perfect example of an American living beyond his means. He had a large spread with 23 animals in a gated community. Put the house on the market, no takers, lost his job, got foreclosed.

Moved to a high-end area and began renting, but after a while decided that maybe $7000 a month was a bit too much. Now he's next to me, paying less than half that.

But he still has a relatively new Porsche and a Range Rover.
