When you mean recession, say recession. When you mean bear market, say bear market. When you mean money supply, say money supply. When you say deflation, mean deflation. Words have meaning -- use them according to their meaning and you can have a conversation where sensible people can and will differ in their views.

I am about 75% cash and have been since early last spring. The 25% that is not cash is getting crushed. I wish I had gone 100% cash. Looking at the world toady, it is time to start buying again -- not all at once because we might well see much lower prices before this turns up again, but buying day by day. That is what I think in terms of (1) recession, (2) bear market for stocks, (3) money supply and (4) inflation.
