You posted the factual part of his quote. This is the part where he is implicitly (and maybe even explicitly) arguing that "redistributive change" is a good thing. That might not bother you, but there are many people that dont see that as a positive.

I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change. In some ways we still suffer from that."

I will say that his proposed policies tend to be center-left....the question is whether a Democratic Congress will push him even farther down that road. These kind of quotes indicate a willingness for redistribution that is likely much more than most moderates would be comfortable with.
