Nigeria is oil rich and mineral rich. It is just at war with itself over the wealth. Once people realize that they can hide in the swamps and tote guns and threaten people for oil, social security goes teats up. We have the same situation here with the Indians. If you want to enforce social order you have to get tough sometimes. There could be bodies left after the argument is over. Vote catchers are not always into it. They fear civil war as there are long standing divisions between the tribes. War is war and we can't afford to be wusses all the time, assuming if we don't fight the other side won't either. youtube.com EC<:-}
