Hi Bill, JNNE I will wait till second quarter of 1998 and look at it then. Plus it has two 144's on their SEC filings so I perfer not to get involved where the a company uses their stock this way. will wait for stable times. However the price has jumped but settling back sown. Aug 5 1997 144 May 7 1997 144 ADGI is another one using their stock as a financial vessel. I just do not see this doing anything because of stock dilution as I have stated before. here is why Oct 9 1997 S-8 POS; Oct 3 1997 10QSB; Sep 17 1997 8-K: Aug 6 1997 S-8 POS; Jul 18 1997 10QSB; Jul 18 1997 S-8 PLFM is a momentum play only but it has a lot of support on other threads. I personally do not see what all the support is based on I thought it was suppose to be a merger not a joint venture. Oh well I could be wrong but I do not see but it was good for a quick 50% momentum play from .26 up to .375 once based on hyping though. Bill this just one man's opinion I could be wrong so everyone should research for themselves and trade what is comfortable for them GaBard
