OK, question. Where does the medicare drug program, which is mandated against price controls (and therefore overpays multifold for drugs) fall in your description- is it a "transfer"?

Same with blackwater, halliburton and other corporate interests, where do those fall according to you?

I think that because these are not RICH PEOPLE you exclude them from your assessment as to where the 5 trillion went. The reason you can't account for the 5 trillion is because it went to large corporate interests. I include these in my "rich" group, but I don't think you do.
