The problem with the Libertarians is that for as long as possible they do the following:

1) Deny CO2 could affect climate.
2) Next claim that IF it does raise temps, it is not the fault of humans because most CO2 is not produced by humans.
3) Next claim that IF it is AGW, the results are good, not bad, because of yada yada...
4) Roll over and pretend none of the above happened when it is way past obvious what the outcome was. Then search for the next bit of ideologically objectionable science and see if you can hold the line on it. Rinse and Repeat.

See a pattern here? You will find the same sort of pattern on all the other areas where Libertarians have taken up the call of "freedom" against the the relentless march of science. What is so funny is the same individual numbskulls are doing it, and the average right wing reader of their crap is clueless about this.

If Libertarians instead where at the forefront of science, looked intelligently at the consequences, and worked to develop solutions which fit their ideology that would be fine. The problem for you guys is you will do the same thing on climate/ecology that we are watching happen in finance: Cheer the free market approach on until they implode, then watch a more socialized system get forced on you. What a shock!
