The recent Insider Selling is surely a major contributor to the decline. There were a bunch of Form 144 declarations in the past two weeks. None of the individuals were officers, just restricted stock owners, and they were all selling the exact same number of shares, 8,533 at $11. A little odd, but obviously the pattern makes it seem like a controlled event of some kind. Anybody know anything for sure? I picked up a little bit today because I liked the look of some of the block buying in the late PM. Hopefully, we've found a bottom! It always makes me nervous buying (and even holding) with earnings coming up, but this one seems like it's worth a roll!
