DOW JONES NEWSWIRES Margin calls forced Boston Scientific Corp. (BSX) co-founder and chairman Peter M. Nicholas to sell about 1 million more shares of the company's stock, according to a regulatory filing Monday. Nicholas on Thursday sold the shares for an average price of $8.24 per share, for a total sale of $8.49 million, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Since Oct. 8, and not including this sale, Nicholas has sold 21.2 million company shares, according to The Washington Service. Company shares touched an eight-year low of $6.34 on Oct. 10. In another disclosure on Monday, Director Ray J. Groves reported that he purchased 10,000 company shares on Friday for an average price of $8.20 a share, or a total price of $82,040.
