A friend of mine, canadian and doctor was attending a convention in Florida earlier this month.. While he was there, he heard that Obama and Clinton were there.. Cost him $40 taxi ride each way to go and listen..

His take was after watching them on TV all this time, was surprised that both of them where quite charismatic in person.. He thought Clinton came across a lot warm and friendly and Obama was 'cool' and quite presidential..

when I realized I'd have to get there three hours early and stand around.

That's why I warned you off the inauguration. That wouldn't be any fun in January.
