A synthetic cannabinoid was being tested for weight loss application. It was (and might still be) marketed in Europe for weight loss. The FDA rejected it just a few months ago. Human made cannabinoids regulate human metabolism. Cannabinoids from external sources do that also. You seem to think that the only such regulation is what takes place from THC. Which is an increase in appetite. Most of the other cannabinoids also cause a shift in body metabolism. In the other direction. Which is why tests have shown that cannabinoids can treat the entire metabolic syndrome: diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. One single medicine that treats all of those that is non toxic. BTW these other cannabinoids reduce and/or eliminate the effect of THC.
