That would be the charitable view, which is an approach that I normally admire.....but these folks seemed confident in their ignorance. It's been pointed out that the general population is not as politically nerdy as the average reader of this thread. You can hear some pretty interesting things talking to your friends and neighbors. One lady was telling me how McCain was going to do too much taxing. She had to get that from a political ad or some knot-headed Obama supporter, not some great depth of knowledge of the positions. It's just part of the deal.
