McCain has flip flopped so many times, it's hard to keep count. For example, he voted against the Bush tax cuts which he now wholeheartedly supports and wants to extend. McCain zigzags so much that we never know which McCain will show up to a debate or speech. The same guy who was swiftboated by Bush is now trying to use those same Rovian tactics against Obama, but it's not working. Most folks who see the fraud of McCain are amazed that the small number of fringe right folks who still support McCain do not. But McCain knows what con men have long known. He has successfully stayed in the Senate for 30+ years by not convincing the skeptics but going after the gullible fringe right neocons to continue to believe what they are already predisposed to believe. McCain does that very well.
