This would be a courageous move, dumping the channel. I wonder if the revenue lost/margin gained equation has been worked out.

By the way, where are all the posts saying "congratulations"? My 1st September post predicted $42m/$2m - the closest this time around, I believe?

That sounds like a pretty LONG download for a typical development software (> 100Mb)? @ 28.8 bps, that might take a while. For those lucky enough to lease a T-1 line, maybe.
